Great, clean hotel decked out with modern equipment. TV's are solid, WiFi 6 equipped, and conveniently slotted with a chunk of restaurants within 20 paces of the front entrance. Go-to hotel if you're in the area.

This is a nice property with very friendly staff. I don't understand why in the 2 times I've stayed here there is mold in the bathroom. Possibly what kicked off my grandson's asthma! You would have achieved a higher score had you taken my initial recommendation on mold remediation last year! I won't stay here again.

Stayed here to drop our daughter off at VT. The rooms were clean and the layout was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful when asking questions. Will definitely be staying here for future VT events my daughter has.

The staff at the front desk is always nice and extremely welcoming. I stay here a lot for work and I always look forward to my stay. Great room! Always clean and it’s quiet at night. Solid breakfast!

This is an excellent hotel that I have specifically chosen to stay at 4 times. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The property and rooms are clean and feel modern. I even left behind some expensive electronics in my bedside table and the staff was very efficient in retrieving those items and shipping them back to me. Every time I visit Blacksburg, I will be choosing the Residence Inn.

Very close to campus, staff is well trained and very friendly, room was pretty clean and very spacious. Good lighting, hot water and good water pressure. Downsides were the sick receptionist when we checked in Wednesday night 17 Aug (she should have been sent home), there was also some spots of mold on the bathroom shower curtain but certainly not the worst shower curtain I’ve seen. Overall above average rating.
